Hey there! Before you shop with us, here are a few things you should know. Nothing too heavy—we just want to keep things clear and easy for everyone.

1. Using Our Site
When you place an order, you’re agreeing to use our products for personal use only (no reselling, sorry!) and to provide accurate info—like your shipping address and payment details.

2. Pricing & Payments
All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable. We do our best to keep everything up to date, but sometimes mistakes happen. If there’s a pricing error, we’ll let you know before your order ships.

3. Shipping
We ship orders as quickly as we can. Once your order is out the door, we’ll send you tracking info so you can follow it home. Shipping delays can happen (thanks, weather and couriers), but we’re always here if something seems off.

4. Returns & Refunds
Check out our Return Policy for all the details, but in short: if something’s wrong with your order, we’ll sort it out. Just reach out within 7 days.

5. Privacy Stuff
We respect your privacy and never share your details with anyone else unless it’s part of processing your order (like shipping). 

6. Changes to These Terms
We might tweak these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll update the date here and keep you in the loop.
